Rectification Services

If ASQA or your RTO has identified non-compliances against the Standards for RTOs 2015 or the National Code 2018, I can provide advice, recommendations and assistance in rectifying outstanding non-compliances, and developing remedial action plans.

I have represented ASQA as both a Lead and Principal Auditor, and as an expert witness at AAT conciliations. I understand the importance of compliance and can translate the legislative requirements. This service can effectively minimise costs by eliminating the need for back and forth opportunities to respond. It can improve your RTO's reputation with the regulator and enable high quality outcomes for your students.

The timeframe and price for this service can vary dependent on the size of your RTO, and the number of non-compliances that have been identified.

The minimum cost and timeframe for this service will be 8 hours, charged at $1200. Any further time required will be charged at $150 p/h.

Price: $1200 ($150p/h charged for any further consultation time)

Location: Onsite or Online.

This service is available via Zoom/Microsoft Teams or onsite at your RTO. Please note that accommodation and transport costs for onsite consultation will be charged if you are located outside of the Sydney Metropolitan area.
